Digital Marketing Manager
Role Overview
We at KOVA ( https://kovapartitions.co.uk/ and https://kova.uk.com/ ) are looking for a proactive, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own our day-to-day digital marketing activities across paid ads, social media and directories.
This is a hands-on, ownership role suited for someone who can independently manage execution and define strategy for their channels. Your focus will be on generating high-quality inbound leads, improving online visibility, and continuously optimising performance.
You will work closely with sales, SEO, and operations, but you will own your function end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities include
- Manage, optimise, and scale Google Ads campaigns for lead generation (primary channel)
- Manage and test Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for performance and retargeting
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest
- Maintain and optimise key directories and listings in GMB, Yell, Houzz
- Plan, launch, and optimise LinkedIn Ads campaigns
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
- Good working knowledge of Meta Ads
- Practical experience running and optimising LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation
- Confident with GA4, tracking setups, UTMs, and reporting
- Comfortable managing social media posting with brand consistency
- Excellent English, attention to detail, and organisational skills
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and independent
Nice to Have
- Experience in interiors, construction, real estate, or home improvement
- Basic design skills (Canva)
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
