Digital Marketing Manager


Role Overview

We at KOVA ( https://kovapartitions.co.uk/ and https://kova.uk.com/ ) are looking for a proactive, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own our day-to-day digital marketing activities across paid ads, social media and directories.

This is a hands-on, ownership role suited for someone who can independently manage execution and define strategy for their channels. Your focus will be on generating high-quality inbound leads, improving online visibility, and continuously optimising performance.

You will work closely with sales, SEO, and operations, but you will own your function end-to-end.


Key Responsibilities include

  • Manage, optimise, and scale Google Ads campaigns for lead generation (primary channel)
  • Manage and test Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for performance and retargeting
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest
  • Maintain and optimise key directories and listings in GMB, Yell, Houzz
  • Plan, launch, and optimise LinkedIn Ads campaigns


Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
  • Good working knowledge of Meta Ads
  • Practical experience running and optimising LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation
  • Confident with GA4, tracking setups, UTMs, and reporting
  • Comfortable managing social media posting with brand consistency
  • Excellent English, attention to detail, and organisational skills
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and independent


Nice to Have

  • Experience in interiors, construction, real estate, or home improvement
  • Basic design skills (Canva)
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
