Aonxi.ai is building a next-generation revenue engine that helps businesses generate predictable, scalable revenue through data-driven marketing and automation. We work with growth-focused companies in the US market and beyond.

We are looking for a results-oriented Email Marketing Expert to lead our outbound email efforts using the latest tools. This role focuses on strategy, execution, optimization, and revenue impact — not just sending messages.

You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and booked meetings through intelligent email campaigns.

• Strategically plan and execute B2B email outreach campaigns for lead generation and nurturing
• Create high-converting email sequences (cold, warm, follow-ups) tailored for decision makers
• Build and maintain optimized email infrastructure using:
• Clay (data enrichment & contact intelligence)
• Apollo (contact lists + prospecting)
• Instantly (outbound delivery + automation)
• Segment audiences and personalize outreach for higher engagement/respond rates
• Improve deliverability, domain health, and inbox placement
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, timing, and CTAs
• Track and report performance metrics (open rate, reply rate, leads, SQLs, booked meetings)
• Collaborate with sales and growth teams to ensure alignment and hand-off quality leads
• Ensure compliance with email best practices and legal standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)

• Proven experience in B2B outbound email marketing and lead generation
• Strong email copywriting skills with a track record of generating responses
• Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, Instantly (or similar modern outbound stack)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills
• Experience generating qualified meetings/SQLs through automated email outreach
• Ability to work independently and own the email funnel end to end

• Experience in SaaS, AI, marketing agencies, or performance marketing
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnel workflows
• Previous experience scaling outbound email programs to 100s+ replies/week
