We are looking for a Senior PHP Laravel Developer who can take ownership of backend development, build scalable APIs, and work closely with product and frontend teams. This role requires strong Laravel expertise, clean coding practices, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Laravel
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Work with relational databases and optimize queries
• Collaborate with frontend and product teams for feature delivery
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve system performance
• Follow best practices for security, scalability, and architecture

• 4+ years of professional PHP development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel
• Solid understanding of MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Experience with API development and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
• Comfortable working in US time zone hours

• Experience with queue systems, caching, or background jobs
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS or similar)
• Previous experience working with remote international teams
