Job Description

The Funn Company is looking for a Senior Technical Lead to lead our entire tech function. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who codes, reviews, architects, and leads — not just manages.

You will be the technical authority of the company, working closely with the founders on a daily basis to propose improvements, evaluate ideas, and drive execution across all products.

This is a fully remote, task-based role with high ownership and autonomy.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the technical leader and decision-maker across all products
• Own the architecture, code quality, and technical direction
• Lead and manage the development team
• Review and approve Pull Requests (PRs) and enforce best practices
• Plan, run, and oversee daily standups
• Coordinate tasks, priorities, and technical timelines
• Work directly with founders daily to:
• Review progress
• Propose technical solutions
• Evaluate and implement changes
• Ensure system scalability, security, and performance
• Be accountable for everything tech-related in the company

Tech Stack (Must-Have)

• Meteor.js
• React
• FastAPI
• MongoDB
• PostgreSQL
• Flutter (working knowledge is sufficient)

• Strong architectural and system design skills

Compensation & Work Style

• 💰 $2,000 USD
• 🌍 Fully Remote
• ⏱ Task-based (not time-based)
