🌍 About YOUMNA
YOUMNA is building the operating system for modern leadership.
We are the world’s first bilingual productivity platform, matching founders, VCs, and C-level leaders with a vetted, trained remote “right hand,” augmented by AI and productivity science.
In parallel, we unlock career-defining remote opportunities for Arab women, including in regions where access to meaningful work is structurally constrained.
🎯 The Mandate
This is a high-leverage, high-ownership role.
As Talent Acquisition Lead, you are responsible for the quality, integrity, and scalability of who enters the YOUMNA ecosystem. This function sits at the center of our impact: business performance on one side, life-changing opportunity on the other.
You will design and run the talent engine, not just operate it.
This role is for someone who has earned judgment through experience, is fluent in modern recruiting tools and AI, and knows how to attract talent through relationships, reputation, and community, not just postings.
This is not a structured 9-5. It is a builder role with real consequence.
💼 What You’ll Own
- End-to-end ownership of talent acquisition, with a focus on Executive Partners.
- Strategic partnership with leadership on role definition, success criteria, and hiring priorities
- Design and continuous improvement of high-signal assessment and interview systems
- Building and nurturing long-term, high-quality talent pipelines
- Activating and expanding a strong local talent network in Lebanon and/or Palestine
- Sourcing through non-obvious channels: communities, referrals, warm networks, events, cohorts, and talent ecosystems
- Designing initiatives for talent engagement, relationship-building, and community development
- Applying judgment to assess potential, not surface-level credentials
- Using AI, automation, and recruiting tech to increase speed and quality without losing humanity
- Shaping a candidate experience rooted in trust, clarity, and respect
- Tracking outcomes and refining processes based on real performance
🌟 This Role Is For You If You
- Have 4–10 years of experience in talent acquisition or people-focused recruiting roles
- Bring a strong, trusted network in Lebanon and/or Palestine
- Know how to attract talent beyond LinkedIn and job boards
- Are energized by building communities and long-term talent relationships
- Understand that talent acquisition is not the same as recruiting
- Geek out over structure, clarity, and attention to detail: perfect formatting, precise communication, proactive updates, and professional standards excite you
- Are obsessed with problem-solving and thrive on tackling tough, ambiguous challenges
- Are comfortable operating independently and standing by your judgment
- Want to level up by building leverage and impact, not managing bureaucracy
🚀 Why YOUMNA
- You will directly shape who gets access to life-changing work
- You’ll help unlock opportunity for women in regions where doors are often closed
- High-trust, low-ego, high-standards environment
- Fully remote, outcome-driven, and fast-moving
- A rare chance to help build a category-defining company from the inside
We’re not looking for someone to fill roles.
We’re looking for someone to build the talent backbone of something iconic. 💥
