Job Description
We’re a fast-growing, technology-driven company entering a 2X–3X growth phase and are looking for a strong HR professional based in India to support our global workforce.
This is a contract-to-hire role working closely with our US- and India-based in-house HR team, supporting employees across India, the US, Europe, and the Middle East.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with our US- and India-based in-house HR team
- Support end-to-end HR operations across geographies
- Execute onboarding & offboarding for global hires
- Support payroll coordination, timekeeping, and HR administration
- Maintain HR documentation, policies, and SOPs
- Act as a point of contact for employees in India and globally
- Support alignment with US, European, and India HR practices
What We’re Looking For
- Based in India (required)
- 5+ years of hands-on HR experience
- Experience supporting global / distributed teams
- Working knowledge of US and European HR practices
- Strong execution skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working across time zones
- Hands on experience with Zoho is an added advantage
