🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting and optimizing infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
• Managing and deploying Kubernetes clusters using AKS
• Building robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
• Leveraging Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Managing GitOps processes with ArgoCD and Kustomize
• Monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/Loki
• Writing automation scripts in Bash or Python
• Troubleshooting infrastructure issues using logs, metrics, and diagnostic tools
• Collaborating closely with developers and engineering teams in a DevOps culture

🧩 What You Bring to the Table:

✔️ 1+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps / SRE / Cloud / Infrastructure roles

✔️ Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure:

• AKS (Kubernetes), VNets, NSG, Load Balancers
• RBAC, Azure Storage, Azure Monitor

✔️ Strong IaC skills with Terraform (modules, remote state, workspaces)

✔️ Experience with GitOps and CD pipelines:

• ArgoCD (sync, health checks, ApplicationSets)
• Kustomize (overlays, patching)

✔️ Proficiency in Kubernetes:

• Cluster management, security (RBAC, OPA, network policies)
• Troubleshooting with logs and metrics

✔️ Solid background in GitLab CI/CD:

• Building pipelines, Auto DevOps, SAST/DAST security scanning

✔️ Strong skills in monitoring and logging:

• Prometheus + Grafana (custom metrics, alerts)
• ELK or Loki + Grafana

✔️ Confident Linux admin (Ubuntu/RHEL), including hardening and optimization

✔️ Automation scripting with Bash and/or Python

✔️ Knowledge of English and Russian languages

⭐ Bonus Points For:

✨ Experience with Ansible + AWX for orchestration and configuration

✨ Familiarity with PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis

✨ Understanding of DNS, VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancing

✨ Basic knowledge of Windows Server in hybrid environments

✨ Certifications:

• Microsoft Azure (AZ-104, AZ-400)
• HashiCorp Certified Terraform Associate
• Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD)

✨ Familiarity with Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd)

✨ Knowledge of Crossplane or other GitOps tools
