Doaz is on a mission to transform decades of industrial expertise—trapped in documents, drawings, and human memory—into intelligent AI systems that drive real-world decisions. We serve Korea's industrial giants: POSCO E&C, Samsung Heavy Industries, Doosan Enerbility, and KT Estate.

We're not building another chatbot. We're building the AI infrastructure that powers construction sites, shipyards, and industrial plants.

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who wants to be part of something bigger.

Someone who sees our vision—Industrial Knowledge to Actionable AI—and feels the pull to make it real. Someone who designs not just interfaces, but the bridge between complex AI and the humans who rely on it.

→ Design intuitive interfaces for AI-powered enterprise products → Own the end-to-end user experience—from research to shipped product → Translate complex AI capabilities into seamless, human-centered workflows → Build scalable design systems across our product portfolio → Push the boundaries of what's possible with AI-augmented design

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience (B2B SaaS or enterprise software preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design and systems thinking
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Active use of AI tools in your design workflow

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience designing for data-heavy or technical products
• Genuine curiosity about industrial domains
• Autonomous, fast, and relentlessly resourceful

This is a full-time position. Full commitment only.

• No dual employment in any field related to our business (AI, construction tech, industrial software, geotechnical engineering, or adjacent domains)
• No freelancing in related fields while employed at Doaz

We need your full focus, your best energy, and your undivided commitment to our mission. If you're looking to juggle multiple gigs, this isn't the right fit.

This role is fully remote—but remote ≠ part-time effort.
