Due to strong growth in demand across Australia and increasing interest from UK and New Zealand trained doctors, we are investing in a dedicated GP Resourcer to strengthen our domestic and international candidate pipeline.
The Opportunity
This newly created role is focused purely on sourcing and engaging GP talent. You will proactively identify, qualify, and manage FRACGP, VR-GP and RACGP-eligible doctors across:
- Australia
- United Kingdom
- New Zealand
Your work will directly support faster placements, stronger client outcomes, and continued growth of Northbridge Healthcare's international presence.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys candidate engagement, market mapping, and relationship building, without the pressure of full end-to-end sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source GP candidates via LinkedIn, databases, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach
- Engage FRACGP, VR-GP and RACGP-eligible doctors across AU, UK & NZ
- Conduct initial candidate screening, qualification, and interest assessment
- Maintain accurate candidate records and talent pools within the CRM/ATS
- Support recruiters with warm, qualified candidate introductions
- Build long-term relationships with doctors considering relocation or career moves
- Stay informed on GP workforce pathways, comparability routes, and market trends
About You
- Experience in recruitment resourcing, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing doctor and general practitioners(healthcare preferred but not essential)
- Confident engaging senior professionals via phone, video, and written communication
- Strong research and sourcing capability (LinkedIn Recruiter experience advantageous)
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple candidate pipelines
- Interest in healthcare, international recruitment, or medical workforce solutions
