About the Role
We are hiring Software Engineers and Senior Software Engineers for a Full Stack role to design, build, and operate scalable web applications for our healthcare platform. This position involves working across both backend (Python, Node)and frontend (React.js, Next.js) in a cloud-native environment.
This is a fully remote, full-time role for engineers who enjoy building high-quality systems end to end, from APIs and infrastructure to modern user interfaces.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework and FastAPI
- Develop modern frontend applications using React.js and Next.js
- Design, develop, and operate microservices on AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3)
- Implement responsive, maintainable UI components and integrate them with backend services
- Automate and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline)
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage infrastructure as code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
- Write clean, well-tested code using pytest, unit tests, and integration tests
- Monitor and optimize system performance using CloudWatch, X-Ray, Grafana
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering with exposure to both backend and frontend development
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django REST Framework and/or FastAPI
- Frontend experience with React.js and Next.js
- Solid experience with AWS: Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB, S3
- Strong knowledge of microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Passion for clean code, testing, and automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and a strong sense of ownership
