💼 About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter, you will support the growth of the R&D organisation by managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and outreach through screening, interviewing, and close collaboration with hiring managers - to ensure successful onboarding of high-quality candidates.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of technology who can confidently assess technical fit, while bringing creativity, persistence, and a sense of ownership to the hiring process.
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruitment cycle for technical roles across R&D, including software engineers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.
- Source and attract top talent through direct outreach, job postings, professional networks, and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
- Manage and refine the candidate pipeline to ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process.
- Conduct initial interviews and technical screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit before referring them to the engineering team for further evaluation.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department leads to understand role requirements and team needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Track, analyze, and improve recruitment metrics and funnel performance to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Represent the client's culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Stay tuned on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing best practices, particularly in the SaaS and fintech industries.
🎓 Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on technical roles (engineering, DevOps, product, or QA).
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Solid understanding of software engineering and technology concepts—able to discuss tech stacks and perform initial technical screening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting candidates across Europe.
- Experience working in SaaS or fintech environments is highly preferred.
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach, comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English.
