Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a creative and adaptable Visual Merchandising Executive to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling and design, eager to develop their skills while contributing to exciting projects across digital and print media. You will work closely with our Senior Art Director and cross-functional teams to help bring creative concepts to life and maintain brand consistency.

The position is full-time in our Hong Kong office.

What You'll Do

• Lead the creation of product pages for new product launches, working with other team members
• Assist Senior Art Director in developing creative concepts and visual strategies for photoshoots, campaigns, and projects
• Collaborate with outside photographers and videographers in the creation of assets for our brand
• Create compelling visual designs and graphics for print, digital, and social media platforms
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to create compelling campaigns
• Prepare design materials for presentations and other ad hoc projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and style consistency
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team
  
  

Who You Are

• Fluent English speaker
• You have a fantastic eye for design and understand the subtleties of what makes the Linjer aesthetic
• You have prior experience using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and/or Adobe Illustrator
• You’re extremely detail-oriented, and are good at following processes
• You have a strong passion for digital brand building
• You’re coachable and dedicated to continuous personal improvement and professional growth
• You’re tech literate and can learn new software with ease
• You thrive in a high growth environment and enjoy a startup team culture
