🧪 Senior QA Automation Engineer

Xogito is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer who takes ownership of quality and enjoys testing complex, real-world systems.

You’ll work on a video surveillance & camera-based platform, where reliability, accuracy, and stability are essential.

This role blends test automation, manual exploratory testing, and AI-assisted workflows.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain automated tests (backend and/or frontend)
• Perform manual testing when needed (exploratory, regression, integration)
• Define test strategies based on product and technical requirements
• Improve and evolve the test automation framework
• Use AI tools (e.g. Claude) to speed up test creation and automation
• Validate real-world scenarios specific to video & camera systems
• Run tests in CI/CD pipelines and review results
• Spot risks early and proactively raise quality concerns

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in QA, with strong focus on test automation
• Solid knowledge of QA practices & test design techniques
• Comfortable combining automation + manual testing
• Experience in Agile / Scrum teams
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Confident working in remote, distributed teams

⚙️ Nice to Have

• Video streaming / real-time systems experience
• API & backend testing
• AI-assisted tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)
• Any programming or scripting language
• Cloud & modern architectures exposure
