Title: Cloud Engineer – Monitoring & Automation (SolarWinds / Datadog)

100% Remote

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Descriptions:

• We are seeking a security-focused Cloud Engineer with strong expertise in monitoring, observability, and automation to support a hybrid healthcare IT environment.
• This role will focus heavily on SolarWinds and Datadog, with deep involvement in cloud platforms (GCP & Azure), infrastructure automation, and self-healing systems to ensure high availability and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years experience in IT monitoring and automation within hybrid environments
• Strong hands-on SolarWinds experience (mandatory)
• Datadog monitoring experience (required)
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and API integrations
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or PowerShell
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure)
• Solid knowledge of networking, system logs, and security monitoring
• Experience creating intelligent alerting and self-healing solutions
• Familiarity with SDLC and modern technology architectures
