Role
- Fully Remote
- Win new business with companies across Qatar, GCC and wider MENA
- Expert level prospecting and new client acquisition across corporate, government and individuals
- Research and identify new target accounts, build outreach lists and create your own pipeline
- Qualify leads, run calls, follow up and close training deals
- Work with our team to shape proposals and course recommendations
- Keep our CRM updated and manage your pipeline professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in B2B sales (not a junior role)
- Very strong track record in prospecting and acquiring new clients
- Must be fully self-managed and able to generate leads independently
- Strong understanding of the GCC market, ideally with Qatar experience
- Comfortable working with Zoho CRM
- Fluent English and Arabic
- Fully remote, available normal business hours Sunday to Thursday
Salary
- Good base salary
- Commission on all sales
