Duration: 4–6 months
Mode: Remote
Total Compensation: ₹30,000
Payout Structure:
- ₹10,000 after first 2 months
- ₹10,000 after next 2 months
- ₹10,000 after final 2 months

About the RoleWe’re a tech company building visually expressive digital experiences.
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, focused on creating 3D visual and motion assets primarily for website and marketing initiatives.
You’ll work closely with our graphics designer and developer, and contribute to both internal initiatives and client-facing projects.
Work Structure- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Holidays: 2nd and 4th Saturday off
- Fully remote setup with coordination during workdays
- Create 3D visuals, animations, and motion assets using Blender
- Develop organic / abstract forms and visual systems
- Design assets for:
- Website sections (hero visuals, motion loops, interactive elements)
- Marketing initiatives (campaign creatives, brand visuals, motion snippets)
- Collaborate with:
- Graphics designer for visual direction and branding
- Developer for web-ready formats and implementation
- Contribute to:
- Internal brand and product initiatives
- Client projects (based on performance and project requirements)
- Strong contributions on client work will receive separate payouts
- Client compensation is additional to internship pay
- Selection for client projects is performance-based

- Clear ownership of assigned deliverables
- Output-focused role with real responsibility
- Working knowledge of Blender (modeling, modifiers, lighting, basic animation)
- Good eye for form, motion, and visual polish
- Comfortable collaborating with designers and developers

- Interest in applying 3D visuals to real-world tech and marketing use cases
- Shipped work on live websites and marketing initiatives
