Digital Account Manager - English Market (Athens)
Start date: 2nd or 12th February
Location: On site in Athens
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm

🌐 What you will do
Account Management
• Collect and share client feedback to help improve products and services.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to identify new opportunities.
• Develop simple account strategies aligned with both client and business goals.
• Handle client concerns and ensure quick, effective resolutions.
Client Engagement
• Research client objectives and market trends to better understand their needs.
• Spot optimisation and growth opportunities.
• Present tailored digital advertising solutions and recommendations.
• Build trusted, long term client relationships.
Industry Knowledge
• Stay informed about digital advertising tools and trends.
• Use market insights to add value to client conversations.
Pipeline and Performance
• Keep accurate records and forecasting updates in the CRM.
• Share useful client insights with internal teams.
• Work towards revenue and performance targets.
🧩 What you need
• C2 level of English
• Ideally 2 years experience in telesales, inside sales, outbound sales, or account management.
• Comfortable managing client relationships and working with targets.
• Hands on experience with digital advertising tools such as Google Ads or Meta Ads is a big plus.
• Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
Skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem solving abilities.
• Organised, goal oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.

💰 Salary Package
Italian Market: 1150 EUR gross per month (Level 1)
Plus:
• 250 EUR monthly performance bonus, paid quarterly
• 1000 EUR quarterly monthly project bonus for UK market
• Monthly meal allowance
