About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Motion Designer and AI Video Creator to join our remote team. This role is for someone who understands both strong visual storytelling and modern AI driven video workflows. You will be responsible for creating high quality short form and long form videos using a mix of traditional motion design and AI generated content.

This is not a basic editing role. We are looking for someone who can take an idea or script and turn it into a polished, engaging video.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate motion graphics using After Effects
• Create videos using AI tools such as Heygen talking head avatars, ElevenLabs voiceovers, Sora, and Kling AI etc
• Combine AI generated footage with motion graphics and typography
• Design supporting visuals in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Collaborate remotely with the creative team on concepts and execution
• Maintain visual consistency and brand quality across all videos
• Optimize videos for different platforms including social media and ads

Requirements

• Strong experience with After Effects
• Good working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Hands on experience with AI video and voice tools including Heygen, ElevenLabs, Sora, and Kling AI
• Solid understanding of motion design principles, pacing, and storytelling
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote setup
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem solving skills

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must share a relevant portfolio showing:

• Motion design work created in After Effects
• AI generated or AI assisted videos
• Examples of talking head avatars, AI voiceovers, or AI generated footage
• Projects similar in style or complexity to this role

Applications without a relevant portfolio will not be considered.

Salary Range

PKR 100k to 150K per month

Salary will be based on experience, portfolio quality, and familiarity with AI video workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating short form content for social media
• Experience with ad creatives or performance marketing videos
• Basic understanding of video marketing and audience psychology
