This is a great opportunity for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant/Developer to join an international, highly skilled ServiceNow community and contribute to large-scale, business-critical implementations, working with modern technologies and global stakeholders in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to ServiceNow solution implementation depending on your role in the project, including: platform configuration, client-side and server-side development, technical consulting, technical specifications preparation, testing support, rollout support, and platform maintenance;
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business and technical requirements across multiple client environments;
- Develop and implement custom features and enhancements while following ServiceNow implementation standards and best practices;
- Provide expertise and guidance on technical questions related to the ServiceNow platform;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions;
- Support testing activities to ensure stability, performance, and high-quality delivery;
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation;
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages;
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or CSM (considered an advantage);
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in an international team environment;
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred but not required.
