Director, Technical Recruiting (Delivery + Growth)
Remote | United States
Arcadia is hiring a Director to further our US market penetration and expansion. This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who can win new work, expand accounts, and deliver elite recruiting outcomes across Engineering, Product, and Data/ML teams.
You’ll partner directly with founders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and VC/PE investors across Mid-Market, Enterprise, and high-growth venture-backed startups.
What You’ll Do
- Own and lead a technical recruiting desk, setting the strategy, standards, and execution across all client engagements
- Deliver an exceptional candidate + client experience while managing multiple concurrent searches
- Source and develop new client relationships through outbound, referrals, and network partnerships
- Expand existing accounts through strong delivery, consultative upsells, and repeatable results
- Build scalable recruiting processes, tooling, and reporting to support growth
- Improve metrics, pipeline forecasting, and client visibility across searches
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in: Full-desk (360) technical recruiting OR Client-side recruiting business development with proven production/results
- Experience supporting VC- and PE-backed startups, Mid-Market, and/or Enterprise organizations
- Proven success in business development, account expansion, and revenue ownership in an agency environment
- Strong track record recruiting across: Engineers (backend, frontend, infra, platform, security, etc.); Product Managers; Data / ML talent; Technical leadership.
- Comfortable operating across sales + strategy + execution (you can build pipeline and close searches)
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills
Nice to Have
- Experience building or scaling a recruiting function from early stages
- Existing relationships with founders, operators, VC/PE firms, and/or Mid-Market/Enterprise clients
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics, ATS/CRM systems, and pipeline forecasting
- Bullhorn experience is a plus
- Experience managing recruiters or leading small recruiting teams is a plus
