The role
Atlar is at a pivotal stage of growth, and we’re building a skilled GTM & Revenue Operations team to help sustain our long-term momentum.
You will be a key contributor to elevating our sales operations and aligning go-to-market strategies across the sales team. Working closely with Sales Leadership, you’ll lead mission-critical, cross-functional projects while collaborating with the Sales team to achieve our ambitious growth targets. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Atlar's growth across the board.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting the daily operations of the Sales organization and collaborating with Sales Leadership.
- Analyzing and recommending improvements in the sales process and system usage.
- Developing robust workflows and reporting functionalities in our sales tools.
- Conducting ad hoc analysis and driving insights to enhance sales initiatives.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in Sales and Marketing.
- Preferably a Bachelor's or Masters's degree from a recognized university.
- The ability to understand business needs and translate them into actionable reports and analyses.
- Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical thinking and experience solving complex problems.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to undefined processes.
- Experience working in high-growth startups.
- Interest in B2B SaaS and financial technology.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
