About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior PPC Manager with a solid understanding of Google Ads/Local Service Ads, and a passion for driving performance for home service clients (Fence installation companies).
This role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years of experience managing paid search accounts and who is eager to grow into a strategic, client-facing position. You’ll work closely with our senior paid media team and directly support client success through daily campaign management, reporting, and proactive communication with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Campaign Management & Optimization
- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Local Service Ads).
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, ad copy testing, and budget pacing.
- Implement audience targeting, geo-fencing, and bid adjustments to drive ROI.
- Monitor quality scores, click-through rates, and lead conversions regularly.
🔹 Client Communication & Support
- Participate in client meetings and calls as needed.
- Prepare client-ready performance reports and translate data into actionable insights.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about campaign progress, wins, and next steps.
- Understand client goals, pain points, and the home services industry landscape, specifically Fence building and installation.
🔹 Data Analysis & Reporting
- Assist with weekly and monthly performance reporting.
- Use Google Ads, Google Analytics, and call tracking tools to measure performance.
- Identify trends and make recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Maintain dashboards and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
🔹 Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work alongside the senior PPC team to brainstorm new growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on Google Ads updates, tools, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation of processes.
🔹 Ads Management Administrative Support
- Assist with the ongoing maintenance of Google Ads and Local Services Ads verification requirements, including tracking and updating business licenses, insurance, and other necessary documentation to ensure continuous compliance and ad serving.
- Assist with updating expired payment methods as needed.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience managing Google Ads campaigns (agency or in-house) remote.
- Experience with home service clients is strongly preferred****
- Comfortable speaking directly with clients and translating performance into plain language
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and basic conversion tracking.
- Familiar with call tracking software (e.g., CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics) is a plus.
- Able to utilize project management tools like; Asana to stay organized with tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
