Our customer's solution is one of the fastest-growing monetization platforms in the mobile ad industry.
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to join their Mobile Growth Platform (MGP) team in Barcelona. In this role, you will oversee and drive product initiatives at the holding level, shaping the roadmap and execution of innovative AdTech solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including ML, data, and engineering, to deliver impactful products that align with business goals and customer needs.
What You'll Drive
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and growth goals
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including defining product vision, drafting detailed requirements, and managing timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather insights, identify market opportunities, and prioritize product features and enhancements
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure our solutions remain innovative, relevant, and competitive
- Partner with ML, data, and engineering teams to develop high-quality products that exceed customer expectations
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
- Lead product launch activities, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies and promotional plans
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and AdTech
- Mentor and support junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
- 4+ years in product management, with a proven track record leading product initiatives in machine learning, data science, or AdTech
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making expertise
- Solid understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, ad networks, and real-time bidding
- Experience improving data processes, implementing Data Governance, Data Observability, and strategies for data quality (real-time monitoring, automation, incident detection/resolution)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.

- Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona
