Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize WordPress themes, templates, and plugins for engaging, user-friendly websites.
- Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript for responsive designs and cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimize WordPress sites for speed, scalability, security, and assist with content migration and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Web Developer, with a strong focus on WordPress development.
- Proficiency in WordPress themes, templates, and plugin customization.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with responsive design.
- Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL for back-end customization in WordPress.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and experience with code collaboration and review tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality code.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and project updates.
