UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences for MetBrains’ learning platform. The role involves working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless interfaces that enhance learner engagement, mentor effectiveness, and overall platform usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into design solutions

• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI standards

• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms

• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability insights

• Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy

• Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and problem-solving ability

• Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar)

• Good understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards

• Experience designing responsive and accessible interfaces

• Basic understanding of front-end development concepts is a plus

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote, global team environment

• Interest in education, learning, or mentorship-driven platforms
