You'll join a cohort of technical talent who build deep product expertise and customer engagement skills from day one, culminating in a position where you'll own all customer-facing software work, from managing integrations to building workflow templates and applying AI to solve complex customer challenges.
Our Approach
At Langdock, we believe the best Solutions Engineers are technical builders who understand both the product architecture and the customer's business challenges. If you're excited about startups, AI, and driving technical customer impact, this is a unique opportunity to build a foundation in product and customer success before stepping into a high-impact technical role that bridges software development, applied AI, and customer solutions.
Program Structure
Our Solutions Engineer position is preceded by a three-month rotation designed to prepare you for the role:
Weeks 1-6: Customer Support Foundations
- Intensive onboarding and product mastery with a focus on becoming a product expert
- Shadowing customer support interactions and understanding technical customer needs
- Learning the technical architecture and common integration challenges
- Hands-on with building integrations, workflow templates, and implementing use cases
- Deep dive into the technical stack and integration management
- Building applied AI solutions for documentation and automation
What You'll Do
- Master Langdock's AI platform through daily product interactions and real use cases
- Own all customer-facing software work, acting as the technical catch-all for customer needs
- Manage and maintain integrations, ensuring reliability and performance
- Build and optimize workflow and assistant templates for customer use cases
- Apply AI to solve documentation and automation challenges for adoption management
- Lead technical workshops, deep-dives, and implementation sessions with customers
- Design and architect solutions for high-value use cases across diverse customer environments
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap and technical strategy
Technical Depth: You have strong software development skills and understand how AI systems, APIs, databases, and integrations work at a deep level
Solution Design: You're able to translate customer requirements into technical implementations and build robust, scalable solutions
