Job Description

Role Title : Business Development Manager (SEO & Digital Marketing)

Location : (Work from Home for First 3 Months) post that Relocation to Noida Sector 8

Total Experience : 2 + years


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) who has proven expertise in sourcing, managing, and closing international clients  particularly from the United States market  for SEO, website development, and digital marketing services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities from US-based and other international clients for SEO, digital marketing, and website development services.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand their marketing objectives, business goals, and digital challenges.
  • Present customized digital solutions (SEO, SEM, SMO, and website packages) tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain a strong international sales pipeline and manage the end-to-end business development process  from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and SEO teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on global digital marketing trends, emerging tools, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and performance reports to management.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Business Development, specifically in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Website Solutions for international (US/UK) clients.
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategies, website development processes, PPC campaigns, and online branding.
  • Proven track record of generating and maintaining leads for US-based clients through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, cold outreach, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage international targets, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital prospecting platforms.
  • Strong analytical, proposal writing, and client management abilities.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about achieving business growth in the international digital domain.

Mandatory: Willingness to work in US night shift timings (either 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM or 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST).
