The role
Social Media And LinkedIn Management
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote role and can be based in India or the Philippines. As a Digital Marketing Manager at Southern Star, you’ll work in an exciting and fast-paced environment, assisting the Head of Marketing in the execution of a broad range of digital marketing activities including:
- Develop and manage our social media presence on LinkedIn and other relevant social media to grow industry presence and engagement
- Plan, schedule and publish content across LinkedIn and other platforms as required
- Create engaging posts, infographics and campaign assets highlighting capabilities, thought leadership and company achievements
- Support employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR and other internal stakeholders
- Track social media analytics and optimise content based on insights
- Oversee website maintenance, updates, user experienced improvements and SEO optimisation
- Track and publish thought leadership materials such as whitepapers and technical articles for both website use and social media campaigns
- Analyse website performance and drive continuous improvement

- Lead the planning and execution of Southern Star’s webinar series
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to build compelling webinar topics and content outlines
- Produce promotional assets and campaigns to maximise attendance and engagement
- Track webinar performance metrics and convert insights into future content and marketing opportunities
To be successful in the role, we’re looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business
- A minimum of 4 years' digital marketing experience
- CRO experience is desirable but other industries will also be considered for candidates with strong technical digital marketing experience
- Experience with developing LinkedIn social media content
- Experience developing and maintaining company websites
- Exceptional communication skills as well as strong analytical and conceptual capabilities, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with clarity;
- Demonstrated business ethics and integrity;
