Primary role title: Social Media Manager (Remote, India).
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and own a high-impact social media strategy (organic + paid) to amplify brand awareness, drive lead generation and support recruitment-marketing goals across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
- Create and manage an editorial content calendar—plan campaigns, produce creative assets (with designers) and publish platform-optimized content to increase reach and engagement.
- Run and optimise paid social campaigns (audience targeting, A/B tests, budget pacing) in collaboration with performance marketing to maximise ROI and CPL.
- Monitor community conversations, respond to audience queries, and implement moderation policies to build trust and candidate loyalty.
- Track KPIs and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports using analytics dashboards; translate insights into iterative content and ad optimisations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Content and Talent teams to align social activations with go-to-market and hiring initiatives; act as social brand guardian.
