Your Opportunity: As we scale rapidly across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, we're building the core team that will define our success.

As our Chief Growth Officer, you ensure that Moovv scales from a high-growth D2C scale-up into a €100M+ market leader. You will be at the center of Moovv’s expansion, lead the growth team and build a world-class growth engine that drives profitable, predictable, and sustainable revenue growth.

You own the entire growth machine: strategy, teams, channels, and profitability. You turn opportunity into structure, experiments into systems, and growth into long-term market leadership.


Your Responsibilities: 

  • Own Moovv’s end-to-end growth strategy across performance, influencer, affiliate, marketplaces, CRO, CRM and retention.
  • Lead and scale the growth organization, building high-performing teams and future growth leaders.
  • Drive Moovv’s revenue growth roadmap from €10M to €100M+, balancing aggressive scaling with profitability.
  • Oversee performance marketing, attribution models, budget allocation, and ROAS/CAC optimization.
  • Own growth forecasting, budget allocation, attribution models and profitability performance (CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin).
  • Identify and launch new growth channels, business models and international markets.
  • Partner closely with Product, Brand, Tech and Operations to create seamless, high-converting customer journeys.
  • Continuously test, learn and systematize what works to turn experiments into repeatable, scalable growth playbooks.
  • Identify new growth levers, channels, markets, and monetization opportunities.
  • Act as a key cultural and leadership role model within Moovv’s core management team.


Your profile:

  • Senior growth leader with proven experience scaling D2C e-commerce brands from ~€10M to €100M+ revenue.
  • Strong people manager with experience building and leading multi-disciplinary growth teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven, experimental and profitability-focused mindset.
  • Fluent communicator and decision-maker, comfortable operating at C-level and board level.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus!)
  • Entrepreneurial, ambitious and excited to build a category-leading brand.
