About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Finance team and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, GTM, RevOps, and Product teams while leading a strategic migration away from legacy BI tooling to a modern data stack built on Snowflake and Metabase.

What You'll Do

• Lead the migration from legacy BI tools to Snowflake and Metabase, rebuilding reports and establishing best practices for the new platform
• Build and maintain data models in dbt to transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets for Finance, Sales, and Product teams
• Develop SQL-based reports and dashboards in Metabase tracking revenue, customer health, product usage, and operational metrics
• Partner with RevOps and Sales on funnel analysis, pipeline health, and forecasting
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Work with Product to analyze feature adoption and user behavior that informs roadmap decisions

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of data analytics or business intelligence experience
• Expert-level SQL with experience building scalable data models and optimizing query performance
• Strong dbt experience for data transformation and modeling
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Proficiency with BI tools, preferably Metabase
• Experience migrating or implementing BI infrastructure and change management

Nice to Have

• SaaS, subscription, or B2B business model experience
• Python for data analysis or automation
• Background with Finance, RevOps, or Sales teams
