MUST HAVE:
- Candidate is in Wisconsin currently or plans to relocate (at their cost) at contract start
- 5+ Years as a .NET Web Developer
- Full-stack
- .NET MVC Core
- SQL Server as DBA (wants someone who can create tables, views, stored procedures, and functions)
- If the candidate is a relocation or has no history of working for clients in Wisconsin, need:
- Entity Framework Core
- Telerik Kendo or Similar UI Framework
- Bootstrap
