Senior Automation Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our team. This role is perfect for a technical problem-solver who can design, build, and innovate automation frameworks from the ground up. You will be responsible for end-to-end testing—from frontend to backend, including mobile—within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.

We are specifically seeking candidates with hands-on experience in TOSCA.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect & Innovate: Design, build, and maintain a robust, scalable automation framework for end-to-end testing across web, backend, and mobile.
• Automation Excellence: Identify automation scenarios, execute scripts, and manage a centralized test case repository in a CI/CD environment.
• Quality Assurance: Perform functional, manual, and automated testing to validate usability, page links, browser compatibility, and user authentication.
• Analyze & Optimize: Identify performance bottlenecks, report defects via JIRA, and collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Data Verification: Use Microsoft SQL Server for data validation and test web services using SOAPUI, Postman, or similar tools.

What You Bring:

• The Core Stack: Proven experience with TOSCA (Essential). Exposure to Selenium, UFT/QTP, or SoapUI is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of XML and JSON data structures, Web Analysis tools (Chrome DevTools), and multi-user operating systems.
• Methodology: Experience working within a SAFe (Scaled Agile) environment and a deep understanding of the SDLC.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Soft Skills: A collaborative mindset, the ability to mentor junior team members, and strong communication skills to present findings to business stakeholders.
