About The Role


We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s in-house digital marketing efforts, with a primary focus on driving visibility, inquiries, and lead generation for a key flagship building. This role also supports content creation and social media initiatives for the broader brand portfolio, which includes both furnished and unfurnished residential properties.


This position plays a hands-on role in strengthening the company’s digital presence, improving search visibility, supporting leasing and corporate housing demand, and ensuring consistent branding across all online channels. The role works closely with Business Development and Leasing teams to align digital marketing activities with occupancy and growth objectives.


What You’ll Do


  • Drive qualified digital inquiries for furnished and unfurnished suites (leasing, corporate housing, relocation) through targeted campaigns and strong online visibility.
  • Own digital execution for a primary flagship building, including campaigns, website updates, SEO, and paid ads.
  • Support portfolio-level marketing initiatives across additional properties as needed.
  • Translate business priorities into clear, actionable digital campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create and manage website content, landing pages, property descriptions, and promotional materials.
  • Contribute to brand-level content, including blog posts, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Implement and maintain on-page SEO and support paid search (Google Ads) to drive qualified traffic.
  • Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns, monitoring budgets, performance, and conversions.
  • Maintain social media channels, scheduling and publishing content aligned with marketing calendars.
  • Track and report on digital performance (traffic, leads, conversions), using insights to improve results.


What We’re Looking For


  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with direct responsibility for execution.
  • Practical working knowledge of SEO, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Experience setting up, managing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads and/or paid social).
  • Strong content creation skills, including writing website copy, blog posts, emails, and social media content.
  • Experience managing or updating websites and digital content using a CMS.
  • Ability to track performance using analytics tools and translate data into actionable improvements.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and switching between property-level and brand-level initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
