Position Overview
A growing talent solutions team is seeking an experienced Recruiting Technology Analyst to deliver efficient, compliant, and scalable hiring and onboarding operations in a dynamic environment. The analyst will partner across recruiting, HR, finance, IT, and people services teams to optimize candidate journeys and recruiting technology processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hiring workflows and requisitions in an applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate data flow into the HRIS platform.
- Support onboarding and pre-boarding activities, including background checks, equipment requests, and cohort reporting with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance and consistent application of pay transparency requirements across recruiting systems.
- Create, update, and manage requisitions and related data in ATS and HRIS.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Recruiting, HR, Finance, IT, People Services, Onboarding) to deliver a positive, end-to-end candidate experience.
- Manage service desk tickets and requests through a ticketing system (e.g., Jira).
- Collaborate with global recruiting and people operations teams to continuously improve hiring processes and systems.
- Support recruiting technology initiatives including tool implementations, audits, and process improvements.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy across all recruiting systems.
- Process offer rescinds and manage start date changes as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, People Operations, or HRIS-related roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
- 1–3 years of HRIS experience (Workday preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Passion for providing an equitable, high-quality candidate experience.
- Team-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
