Compensation: $58.50–$68.50/hour (W2, based on experience) and $ 76 max on C2C per hour

Role Overview
A Fortune 500 organization is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on project leadership and technical depth, with a focus on Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and software lifecycle management.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across engineering, infrastructure, and business teams, driving projects from initiation through successful delivery while ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence
- Define project objectives, success criteria, and deliverables aligned to business goals
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives
- Partner with development, engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders to remove blockers
- Oversee software build, test, and deployment environments with a DevOps mindset
- Track project risks, dependencies, and issues; implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Ensure technical solutions meet architectural standards, security requirements, and best practices
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- Oversee quality assurance and testing activities to ensure delivery meets functional and technical requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in technical or IT project management
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), infrastructure, and/or cloud platforms
- Proven experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Hands-on experience with project and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical environments
