We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Analyst to monitor, detect, and respond to security threats while protecting the organization’s systems and data. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cybersecurity and eager to work in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor security alerts, logs, and events to identify potential threats.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and assist in penetration testing.
  • Support implementation of security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to secure systems, networks, and applications.
  • Maintain documentation of security incidents, controls, and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity trends.
✅ Requirements
  • 0–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or related roles (internships, projects, or certifications accepted).
  • Basic understanding of security concepts, network protocols, and system vulnerabilities.
  • Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection.
  • Knowledge of cloud security concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
