Postura is a fast-growing deep-tech startup. We started two years ago as a team of four; today we are 10, and after recently closing a new investment round (to be announced soon), we are scaling fast and looking for new talent to double the team over the next year.

In manufacturing, improving workstations and production processes requires balancing worker safety and productivity through analyses that are still largely manual, time-intensive, and costly.

Starting from simple smartphone videos, our AI-powered software performs body-mechanics analysis and automates key ergonomic and industrial engineering standards (OCRA, NIOSH, MTM), replacing long observation times and manual assessments — delivering real-world AI built for accuracy and measurable impact.

We work with more than 20 major manufacturing groups, including Beko, Electrolux, and Piaggio, and are expanding across Europe with the goal of reaching 100 enterprise customers by 2026.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll work on the core web dashboard of our platform, used daily by enterprise customers. Your focus will be primarily on the frontend, while contributing to backend services where needed, building features that directly shape how users interact with Postura.

You’ll design and ship features in React, extend backend services in Node.js (Lambda functions), and help maintain a scalable, production-grade SaaS.

You’ll join the web/product engineering team, working closely with the CTO, another web developer, and the product team (CPO), contributing to both implementation and product decisions in a fast-growing startup.

• Designing and shipping frontend features for the web dashboard using React, focusing on usability, clarity, and performance for enterprise users.
• Contributing to backend services in Node.js (lambda functions), supporting product features, data flows, and integrations.
• Owning features end-to-end, from technical design to implementation, deployment, and production monitoring.
• Working closely with the CTO, CPO, and product team to translate product needs into scalable, well-structured solutions.
• Collaborating with the AI team to integrate AI-driven outputs into user-facing workflows.
• Extending and maintaining APIs and data models with attention to performance, reliability, and cost.

• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining production software, ideally SaaS products used by real customers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong frontend experience with React, modern component patterns, and data-driven UIs.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js, REST APIs, and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud and production engineering experience, including AWS (serverless) and familiarity with Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience running software in production: multiple environments, monitoring, debugging, and Git-based workflows.
• Experience using AI-assisted, spec-driven development workflows (e.g. Cursor, OpenSpec, or equivalent).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

• Experience with React Native or mobile development.
• Familiarity with Software Design: Knowledge of SOLID principles and common Design Patterns (e.g., Factory, Strategy) is a plus to help us keep the codebase maintainable.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies: Previous exposure to Agile/Scrum workflows is appreciated to better align with our iterative delivery process.
• Previous experience in early-stage or high-intensity startup environments, with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability.
