Job Description


Turing is looking for candidates who have solid experience in wholesale or manufacturing sales, account management, or product distribution—particularly at the level expected for experienced sales professionals managing B2B relationships for non-technical or non-scientific products.


Role Overview:

  • In this role, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models using your industry expertise in wholesale and manufacturing sales.
  • No prior AI experience is required.
  • These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to advance your field, enhance customer engagement, improve sales forecasting, and optimize communication workflows.


What Does Day-to-Day Look Like:

  • Design and solve real-world sales and client management scenarios to test AI reasoning.
  • Write clear, structured solutions covering lead generation, negotiation, order fulfillment, and account servicing.
  • Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with B2B sales best practices.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to strengthen model understanding of pricing discussions, sales processes, and customer relationship management.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, or Territory Manager in wholesale or manufacturing sales.
  • Strong understanding of B2B client management, CRM tools, and sales pipeline development.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills with the ability to explain sales reasoning clearly and persuasively.
