Help build one of independent music's fastest-growing festivals.

Forever Wildland Fest is looking for driven, self-motivated Sponsorship Sales Representatives to secure brand partnerships for our 2026 festival.

This year's festival spans three nights across Los Angeles and San Francisco, bringing together independent punk, hardcore, and alternative artists while supporting the wildland firefighting community.

We're looking for people who know how to identify decision-makers, build relationships, and close sponsorships. If you're waiting for leads to be handed to you, this isn't the role. If you thrive on outreach, persistence, and turning conversations into partnerships, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do
  • Prospect and research brands that align with the festival.
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
  • Build relationships with marketing, partnerships, and brand teams.
  • Present sponsorship opportunities using our media deck.
  • Follow up consistently and move opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Work alongside our Sponsorship Manager to maximize partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and conversations.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous sponsorship sales, partnership sales, business development, fundraising, advertising sales, or B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and hearing "no."
  • Organized and self-directed.
  • Passion for live events and independent music is a plus.
Compensation

This is a commission-only contractor position.

  • 20% commission on all cash sponsorships you secure.
  • 15% commission on approved in-kind partnerships.
  • After the team reaches $10,000 in cash sponsorship revenue, commission on additional cash sponsorships increases to 25%.

There is no cap on earnings.
