100% Remote Role - Construction-tech SaaS startup, PE-backed
We’re looking for an exceptional In-House Recruitment Manager to own and drive hiring in Q1 across Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Support.
Clue is a fast-growing, profitable SaaS construction technology company targeting the $2 trillion heavy construction industry.
This role is full-time through Q1, with flexibility to continue full-time or part-time after April.
Remote role. Must work US hours. Can be based in the US or overseas (e.g. Europe) with excellent English and strong internet.
Hiring Goals For Q1 (by End Of March)
- 2 Account Executives
- 2–3 BDRs
- 2 Solution Engineers
- 2 Customer Success Managers
- 2 Technical Support Engineers
- Active Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, Pavilion, and AI tools like Juicebox to find and reach out to top candidates.
- Outreach: Run direct, high-quality outbound to candidates. Personalized. Fast.
- Screening: Review CVs and manage candidates in RecruiterFlow.
- Interviews: Run 20–30 minute screening interviews.
- Shortlisting: Move strong candidates to hiring managers with clear notes and recommendations.
- Pipeline Management: Keep hiring moving fast. No bottlenecks.
- Reporting: Track progress against Q1 hiring goals.
- Recruiting Experience: Proven experience recruiting for SaaS or tech roles.
- Sales Hiring: Experience hiring AEs, BDRs, SEs, CSMs, or Support Engineers.
- Sourcing Skills: Strong LinkedIn sourcing and outbound messaging.
- ATS Experience: Comfortable using ATS tools like RecruiterFlow.
- Interviewing: Confident running structured screening interviews.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English.
- Availability: Able to work US hours.
- Infrastructure: Reliable high-speed internet for video interviews.
- As soon as possible.
- Ideally by January 20.
- No later than end of January.
- Very competitive salary based on local market rates.
