Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the Hire to Retire (H2R) value stream within a highly integrated Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. This role will own end-to-end HR business processes, partnering closely with HR leadership, business process owners, and IT product teams to ensure seamless delivery across Oracle Fusion HCM modules and integrated third-party systems. The Product Owner will play a critical role in roadmap planning, release execution, and cross-stream coordination in a co-managed delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Product Owner will own the Hire to Retire value stream from a business and technology perspective, ensuring alignment across recruiting, core HR, payroll, talent, and workforce management processes. The role requires close collaboration with HR stakeholders and IT teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and manage release planning. The Product Owner will ensure integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and downstream systems are properly designed and executed, proactively manage dependencies with other Oracle workstreams, and drive continuous process improvement. Strong leadership in co-managed environments and the ability to coordinate across multiple product owners is essential.
Required Experience
The ideal candidate brings senior-level product ownership experience within Oracle Fusion HCM environments and has participated in at least one full Oracle Fusion implementation. Deep functional knowledge across Hire to Retire processes is required, including recruiting, core HR, payroll, talent management, and workforce management. The candidate must have experience managing releases, working in co-managed delivery models, and collaborating across HR, Finance, and IT teams. A strong understanding of Oracle data structures, employee master data, and cross-module integrations is essential.
