Remote Recruitment Partner โ Leading AI Company
Location: Remote (Canada)

We are hiring a Recruitment Partner to support a leading and fast-growing AI company headquartered in New York. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Canada, offering strong exposure to international hiring, talent mapping, and high-quality sourcing across both technical and commercial functions.
You will work closely with an experienced recruiter and play a key role in building diverse and high-impact talent pipelines for one of the most innovative companies in the AI space.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines across multiple role types
- Manage structured candidate outreach and follow-ups
- Conduct initial candidate screenings when required (short written or recorded responses)
- Partner daily with an assigned recruiter to align on hiring priorities and market insights
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of sourcing activity
- Support basic automation, ATS, and CRM tasks (training provided)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing (agency or in-house)
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
- Ability to manage high-volume sourcing in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Experience recruiting for technology roles is an asset, but not required
