Talent Sourcer (High-Volume Referrals)

Remote | 6-Month Contract (Possible Extension) | $40–45/hr

We are supporting a fast-growing AI technology company during a period of accelerated hiring. This team is seeking a Talent Sourcer to help manage and triage a high volume of inbound referrals and applicants while maintaining a strong bar for quality, consistency, and candidate experience.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys structured decision-making, and can stay organized and calm under high volume.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review and screen a high volume of inbound referrals and applicants
  • Evaluate resumes and candidate profiles to determine the best role alignment and routing
  • Own and manage sourcing pipelines in close partnership with recruiters
  • Apply consistent, structured evaluation frameworks to ensure fair and objective assessments
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the ATS
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with candidates throughout the process
  • Collaborate with recruiters and other sourcers to calibrate on profiles and hiring needs
  • Identify patterns or inefficiencies in referral screening and share insights to improve processes


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or candidate screening
  • Experience handling high-volume, referral-driven pipelines
  • Strong resume review and candidate evaluation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to stay composed under pressure
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems
  • Experience using Ashby ATS is a strong plus


Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting referral programs at scale
  • Exposure to technical or specialized roles
  • Background in AI, tech, or high-growth environments


Contract Details

  • Duration: 6 months with possible extension
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Pay: $40–45/hour
