We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting a suite of mission-critical financial applications for a leading NYC-based bank. This is a fully remote opportunity where you will play a key role in report development, application support, data analysis, and interface troubleshooting within a regulated financial environment.
β Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of application support and/or development experience in the financial services domain.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SQL & PL/SQL (schemas, views, stored procedures, triggers).
- Expertise in IBM Cognos or enterprise reporting tools.
- Solid background supporting loan or deposit systems (LoanIQ strongly preferred).
- Strong data modeling and analytics skills.
- Experience supporting data warehouse interfaces (e.g., OFSA).
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities across application, server, and interface environments.
- Proven experience working with vendors for production support, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Ability to quickly build ad-hoc reports and data extracts for regulatory and IT needs.
- Strong documentation and communication skills for presenting solutions to business users.
