About The Role
We are looking for German/Danish/Dutch or Hebrew speaking Onboarding Account Managers to join an international team supporting high-potential Nordic clients in the digital marketing and online advertising ecosystem.
In this role, you will guide new business clients through their onboarding journey, helping them adopt data-driven advertising tools, optimize campaign performance, and build long-lasting strategic relationships. The position combines consultative sales, client success, and marketing strategy, offering a strong career path within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and onboard new clients while designing high-performing PPC campaigns.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products and drive engagement.
- Understand client goals and offer tailored solutions aligned with their objectives.
- Set up strategic, impactful advertising campaigns to ensure immediate and long-term success.
- Identify upselling opportunities while actively reducing churn.
- Maintain accurate customer records and workflows using CRM platforms.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- C2-level proficiency in German, Danish, Dutch or Hebrew, plus C1 English.
- Multilingual abilities are considered a strong asset.
- Bachelors degree (Masters in Marketing or Communications preferred) OR equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum 20 months of client-facing sales or marketing experience.
- Strong ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and AI-driven support tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Solid understanding of the Nordic market, including cultural dynamics and GDPR regulations.
