About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to join our dynamic, globally distributed team. This strategic role is pivotal in supporting our rapid growth across international markets, particularly in Asia and Latin America. The Senior HR Manager will work closely with People leadership to ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience for our remote teams. Your primary responsibilities will include managing HR operations, employee relations, global people programs, and international HR infrastructure, all while maintaining compliance with local regulations and fostering a people-first culture. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who excels at building structure, streamlining processes, and supporting diverse teams with empathy and operational excellence. You will act as a key partner in scaling our organization, ensuring our global support teams are engaged, compliant, and aligned with our company values.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on supporting globally dispersed teams.
- Proven experience working with international teams in Asia and Latin America.
- Strong understanding of various employment models, including Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements; prior Deel experience is a plus.
- Exceptional HR operations skills, including process management, documentation, compliance, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to build trust across diverse teams and time zones.
- Experience partnering with leadership in high-growth or high-volume operational environments, particularly in support, customer experience, or operations.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain alignment with People leadership.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process consistency.
- Knowledge of international labor laws and compliance standards.
- Own and manage onboarding and off-boarding processes for global Support team members across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate payroll, maintain HRIS data integrity, and ensure compliance within EOR environments.
- Serve as the primary partner for the People team in supporting the Support organization, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement.
- Address employee relations issues in collaboration with People leadership, escalating when necessary.
- Support contract management, updates, and compliance in partnership with legal, finance, and EOR providers.
- Lead global performance management cycles, including building manager pre-work, tracking milestones, and supporting employee development.
- Translate company-wide People programs—such as performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and leadership principles—into operational processes suitable for international teams.
- Maintain consistency in HR policies and practices across regions, respecting country-specific norms and regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact for EOR partners, ensuring seamless HR operations across Asia and Latin America.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and international staffing strategies.
- Manage recruiting operations for Support roles, including job postings, resume review, interview scheduling, and candidate experience optimization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design efficient interview processes that ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate pipelines, especially during high-volume hiring periods.
