Part-time UI/UX Designer (Remote)

PSGL Technology Solutions is building a diverse portfolio of innovative digital platforms tailored for the New Zealand and Indian markets. We operate across high-growth sectors including specialized rental services, logistics management, and enterprise software solutions.

We are looking for a creative and part time UI/UX Designer to work directly with the Founder to turn product visions into high-fidelity, production-ready designs. This is a unique opportunity to have a significant influence on the design direction of multiple products from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Leadership: Work one-on-one with the Founder to brainstorm, wireframe, and finalize UI/UX strategies for various new platforms.
• End-to-End Design: Create clean, modern, and highly responsive web designs that translate seamlessly across mobile and desktop.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes in Figma to visualize user journeys and streamline the development handoff.
• Design Systems: Establish and maintain scalable design systems and brand identities across our different product lines.
• Iterative Design: Quickly adapt and iterate on designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Portfolio Excellence: A portfolio showcasing clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing web applications.
• Figma Mastery: Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced use of Auto Layout, Components, and Variables.
• Figma Dev Mode Expertise: Experience utilizing Figma Dev Mode to facilitate smooth handoffs. You must know how to organize layers, provide clear specs, and export assets so the development process is seamless.
• Product Thinking: Ability to understand the "why" behind a feature and design for both user needs and business goals.
• Communication: Strong ability to articulate design decisions directly to the Founder and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Reliability: A self-motivated professional who can manage their own time and deliver high-quality work consistently.
