Job Description

Company:

Our client is a fast-growing international SaaS business operating in the payroll and HR technology space, serving B2B clients across multiple markets. The business has a distributed team across Ireland, Spain, and Bulgaria and continues to scale its commercial and marketing capabilities globally.

Opportunity:

This is a fixed-term role created to cover a maternity leave for approximately 18 months. The position is fully remote, with the option to work hybrid from the Varna office if preferred.

The key priority for this hire is B2B LinkedIn advertising. The business has good coverage across other channels, but they are specifically looking for someone who can confidently run, optimise, and scale LinkedIn campaigns using LinkedIn Campaign Manager. If you do not have hands-on LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience, this role will not be the right fit.

This is a contract role. There may be an opportunity to discuss a longer-term position at the end of the contract depending on business needs, but this is not guaranteed.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid B2B LinkedIn campaigns using LinkedIn Campaign Manager to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads activity including Search, Display, and remarketing with a clear focus on ROI.
  • Own remarketing strategy to re-engage visitors and nurture leads through the funnel.
  • Monitor performance, analyse results, and produce regular reporting with clear actions and improvements.
  • Own monthly KPIs and set measurable goals for digital campaign performance.
  • Work closely with design and content colleagues to support ad creative and landing page performance.
  • Own website and CMS management including content updates, performance optimisation, user experience, SEO basics, and lead generation.
  • Coordinate with the external web design agency on updates and delivery of website tasks.
  • Align digital activity with the broader marketing strategy and support delivery of the marketing plan under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure strong alignment on priorities and messaging.
  • Bring new ideas and practical growth strategies and continuously improve what is not performing.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience running paid LinkedIn B2B campaigns through LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong experience across B2B paid channels including PPC, paid social, display, and remarketing.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing websites and CMS platforms, ideally WordPress, plus landing page optimization.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role such as Digital Marketing Executive, Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar.
  • Strong analytical mindset with clear evidence of improving underperforming campaigns.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident working independently in a remote setup.
  • Strong working skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with tools such as Canva or basic video editing is helpful but not essential.

Remuneration:

As an indication, monthly salary is expected to be EUR 2,600+ gross, depending on experience and capability in LinkedIn B2B performance. The package includes a strong benefits offering, including:

  • Annual bonus linked to KPIs
  • Comprehensive health insurance
  • Monthly meal vouchers
  • Co-financed Multisport card
  • Learning and development support including 5 dedicated L&D days under the “Grow” initiative
  • Reduced summer hours
  • Team building events and internal awards
  • Extra annual leave day for your birthday
  • Flexible working model with remote and hybrid options
