Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of the Topmap web application. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and support teams to identify issues early and help ship high-quality features.

Key Responsibilities

Understand product requirements and create detailed test cases and test scenarios

Perform manual testing for web applications (functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing)

Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools

Validate fixes and ensure smooth releases

Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to improve product quality

Test APIs and integrations where required

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or Software Tester

Strong understanding of manual testing concepts and methodologies

Experience testing web-based applications

Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Linear, or similar)

Basic understanding of APIs and tools like Postman is a plus

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Good to Have

Experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress – optional)

Knowledge of SQL or basic database testing

Experience working in startups or SaaS products
